Currently we are looking for exceptional HR Administrator to join our Global Shared Services in Łódź (Poland).

Core responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for Workday queries
  • Advisory service – responding to new starter/employee/manager queries;
  • Provide system administration to the Workday system as needed and assigned
  • Support stakeholders in solving issues by email, phone, and direct contact
  • Conduct testing and provide production support on an ongoing basis
  • Act as a techno-functional point of contact between other functional departments and
  • Conduct system audits within Workday and other sources of data (until decommission)
  • Process automation involvement;
  • Organizational Structure maintenance;
  • Administration of bulk uploads for massive changes
  • Recruitment, On-boarding, Learning, Performance management process administrative support;
  • HR/People Services internal knowledge database administration;
  • Collaborate with the HRIS team to understand technical issues that needed resolving
  • Administration of bonus base and preparing bonus
  • Reporting management – creating various global reports including data
  • Assuring process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines;
  • Development, standardization, harmonization and improvement of end-to-end processes;
  • Seeking opportunities for improving HR customers experience and contributing to a positive working atmosphere;
  • Maintaining and building good relationships with stakeholders;
  • Active involvement in development and implementation best-practice processes;
  • Active support to direct  supervisor in daily activities;
  • Active participation in internal meetings/tele and video conferences with co-workers from business;
  • Active support provided to Leadership Team in terms of monthly and ad-hoc reporting;
  • Timely completion of other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
  • Continuous improvements to the systems and processes to ensure best practice, optimum effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Support system issues escalation process;
  • Providing/Conducting Workday trainings

Requirements:

  • HR related processes knowledge;
  • Experience of data entry & processing using SAP or other ERP system;
  • Excellent Excel knowledge (advanced reporting, complex data analysis);
  • Fluent English
  • Customer Service skills
  • Great teamwork and communication skills;
