Overview:

This position provides technical, analytical and administrative support to the global compensation team.  This position is responsible for participating in compensation surveys, conducting job evaluations, internal equity analysis, determining job classifications, and provides support/analysis for the common merit increase process.  The job also includes supporting and developing of job descriptions and managing the job description database.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes job evaluations, assisting leaders in creating job descriptions/job questionnaires, FLSA (US-specific) reviews and market data reviews. This position will manage the job description database and job competencies.

  • Resolves routine compensation concerns and responds to issues and questions from departmental managers, supervisors, and other staff. 

  • Assists with the coordination and execution of the annual merit planning process, market re-fresh and merit increase process.

  • Completes compensation survey submissions and assists with the analysis of results to ensure the competitiveness of TD SYNNEX

  • Assists global Compensation Leadership and other compensation analysts on compensation projects and activities

  • Provides administrative support for all compensation plans including running reports, consolidating information, completing bonus letters, etc., as required

  • Conducts periodic audits of Workday data to ensure consistency and accuracy of data

  • Additional duties as assigned

  • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

Qualifications:

Previous Work Experience:

  • Minimum of two to four years’ corporate compensation experience

  • Excel experience at an advanced level required.

  • Experience with Workday and/or PayFactors a plus

Education/Certifications:

  • Required:  Bachelor Degree in HR, Business, Finance or Management in lieu of Degree or more extensive corporate compensation work experience can be substituted.

  • Compensation Certifications a plus

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.

  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.

  • Able to sort through numerical information and recognize trends and details.

  • Able to use Microsoft Outlook, , Word and PowerPoint, at an intermediate level.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Working Conditions:
