… be advising and supporting employees and managers from all countries across Baltics and Nordics with HR related issues via live chat and our ticketing tool (ServiceNow), using our HRIS system tool (Workday). At the same time as growing your expertise in the field of HR, you will also be able to deep-dive into additional assignments within our common services area. You will be participating in our employees onboarding journey and help our colleagues with additional areas of HR support, such as employee and organizational master data, reporting and other processes.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a continuous learner with a passion for helping people and an interest in the field of HR. The suitable candidate should have solid problem-solving skills, implementing solutions in a timely manner. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential for this role. Additionally, the suitable candidate should be fluent in English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level). Previous experience in customer service and experience with Workday would be an advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position: 1720 – 1900 EUR before tax deduction plus annual bonus depending on your and Telia results.
