My name is Mari Hedenstam, and I am leading Common Masterdata Services team at Telia People Hub in Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, and Sweden. Currently we are on the lookout for People Specialist with a focus on external (contingent) workers area to join our team in in Vilnius.

Your next challenge?

You will be working on the lifecycle management of external (contingent) workers and work on increasing efficiency of operations as well as processes together with your colleagues. You will also provide guidance to our managers and external (contingent) workers on HR processes across Telia countries as well as execute HR administrative tasks. The role requires pedantic way of working with ability to adapt to the changes in a technical environment and work routines. Understanding the data flows and implications of the master data in other systems via integrations is beneficial.

More detailed responsibilities include:

  • Consulting, advising and training managers on external (contingent) workers lifecycle process
  • Maintaining, correcting and being responsible for external (contingent) workers data in our internal systems
  • Proactive guiding and supporting managers regarding improvements made in master data area
  • Completing mass data uploads
  • Processing and maintaining periodic reports on external (contingent) workers’ data
  • Executing data quality activities (e.g. monitoring through reports, identifying root causes to data quality issues, performing data cleansing)
  • Providing support with specific cases and questions via support tool.

Your experience and skills:

  • Solid English language skills, both written and spoken (B2 and above)
  • Computer literacy (especially excel (pivot, if, vlookup, etc))
  • Experience and knowledge of Workday HRIS tool (an advantage).

We offer a monthly base salary of 1831 – 2600Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
