My name is Inga Abraškevičė, and I’m leading a Reward team at Telia Global Services Lithuania. We are a competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, Analytics, Telecommunication Networks, Software Development, Sourcing (Procurement), HR, Finance Operations. The hub is working with cutting edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.

Big things are happening in our People Experience & Culture organization, and we are now looking for a new colleague to join our Reward Team as a Reward specialist that will be focusing on Compensation & Benefits area.

Your next challenge?

This could be your next opportunity if you see yourself contributing on this journey with a special focus on our both local and global reward processes in Compensation & Benefits area. This area covers our key processes like Salary Review and Variable Pay. You will be also delivering in all our other Reward Areas such as Global Job Structure, Job Evaluations, Salary Surveys and Benefits Schemes. You will also support our business in all Compensation & Benefits related questions. As we have a flexible and agile approach within our team, you will have a great opportunity to develop, contribute and work with different countries and other areas within HR.

Your experience:

  • Compensation & Benefits background
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Capability to provide data analyses and calculations needed in our processes in different countries
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Higher education in Human Resources, Finance or other related area
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Experience from working in an international environment
  • Experience from other parts of HR is seen as a plus
  • Knowledge of Workday is an advantage

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2 200 – 3 200 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
