Are you the person who is presented a technical issue and won’t give up until you find the solution? If yes, then you are the person we are looking for to fill the role of Human Resources Specialist III. You will be part of the Continuous Improvement & Service Quality (CISQ) unit in Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness. There has never been a more exciting time to be a part of this HROE team!
What does the HR Specialist III in CISQ do? You will perform moderately complex and specialized HR duties providing technical support for Workday (WD) HCM system. You will be the go-to person as the day-to-day technical point of contact for end users, troubleshooting technical issues and continuously improving business processes. Collaboration with internal HROE departments will drive solutions to critical issues for end users and document the resolutions. This role will serve as the WD Liaison for key stakeholders and partners (internal and external to HROE). Special care is taken to ensure the right development opportunities are planned to advance your career. This position is located in College Station, TX.

You will provide:
Workday HCM Customer Support: day-to-day technical support for Workday HCM system for all employee types
Workday HCM Business Processes: Process WD inbox tasks for business processes that route through CISQ for all employee types
Workday HCM Security Maintenance: Uphold Workday, TAMU and TAMUS policies for data security and customer data access
HR Processes SME: Provide technical expertise across HR functions and liaises between HROE Centers of Expertise and HR Professionals in HROE Hubs and provides continuous improvement initiatives and just in time training
Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Three years of directly related Human Resources experience
The well qualified candidate will have directly related experience in HRIS support, including troubleshooting, de-bugging, problem solving and research along with experience in client relations and project management methodology
*Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process.
Other things to know
Salary range: $60,000 to $65,000 Salary is commensurate with experience.
