$4,180.17 – $5,833.33 per month commensurate with experience.

Job Description Summary:

The Learning Technology Consultant, under direction, assesses, develops, designs, implements, evaluates, manages, and maintains learning technology content, programs, and services. 


– Assesses learning and performance support learning technology and multimedia needs.

– Develops, seeks alignment on, and executes plans to address needs assessment findings.

– Designs, develops, delivers, and maintains high quality learning technology and multimedia content, programs, and services.

– Evaluates content, programs, and services, integrating improvements.

– Leads and works on other projects.

– Develops competencies and keep abreast of research and practice in the Learning & Development and Learning Technology space.

– Other duties as needed.

Education and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

– Four years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

– Knowledge and application of learning, adult learning theory, learning technology and theory and practice. 
– Ability lo work independently and in a team environment. 
– Ability to work and build rapport with, speak in front of, and facilitate small groups (SMEs, presentations) representing diverse populations. 
– Strong verbal communication (technical and business). 
– Excellent written communication (technical and business). 
– Ability to be flexible, handle and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables in a project and deadline-oriented environment. 
– Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Proficiency with Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Captivate; audio and video recording, editing, and publishing. 
– Attention to detail, quality, delivering results, handling and maintaining confidential and sensitive information, as well as care and concern for customers and our team.

– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

– Advanced degree in education or related field.
– Experience working with projects that impact audiences on a large scale.
