About ThedaCare!

Summary :

The Director, ERP (Workday) oversees ThedaCare Workday platform which includes the Finance, HCM, and Supply Chain modules. Extensive collaboration with the key stakeholders of Finance, Human Resources, Information Services and Supply Chain teams to determine maintenance, upgrade, process improvement, development, and implementation plans to ensure that Workday is configured to appropriately support the business. Assures alignment with other software/processes that contribute to ERP environment (financial, staff scheduling, time tracking and productivity).

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversight and program management of Workday platform.
  • Works with team to insure appropriate organization wide training and education is completed.
  • Leads the Workday Change Management group and chairs the Workday Governance team
  • Establish set of program metrics which provide business teams and the steering committee clear visibility on the status of the platform.
  • Develop, maintain and execute a Workday optimization plan in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Engage and manage the Business Process Owners on the project and oversee the creation of a network of process owners across the business who can serve as process experts, provide input on design, engage in solution testing, and help support the change management aspects of the platform.
  • Oversee successful validation and testing program for the ERP program, including Unit Testing, System Testing, Load Testing, Business Simulation and User Acceptance testing.
  • Builds successful stakeholder relationships and business leaders by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of services to meet those needs.
  • Drives the adoption of (and commitment towards) service improvements, and has a constant focus on improving the efficiency of areas of responsibility.
  • Engage the Steering Committee as an active decision making and resourcing team supporting the ERP platform

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Eight plus years of ERP System experience.
  • Three plus years of Workday and Project Management experience
  • Two plus of senior leadership experience
  • Strong facilitation skills, experience leading business process sessions, and collaborating across business to align to a common way of working.
  • Exceptional Project Management experience with demonstrated experience in implementation.
  • Excellent executive presence, presentation skills, delegation skills, and a strategic and tactical thinker.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of fifty (50) pounds without assistance
  • Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties
