HR Administrator ANZ, People Regional HR

Provides generalist or specialist operational support /day to day advisory on clearly defined HR policies and processes, to employees and first line managers. General knowledge of core Human Resource related topics and application of fundamentals. May receive direction from HR Advisor 2 and HR Manager 3. May support and/or manage basic ER cases.

About the Role:
 

As HR Admin , you will:

  • Responds to all first line HR queries

  • Continuous improvement to drive administrative/operational efficiency, implementation of SLAs

  • Drafts standard template letters (reference, visa application, employment certification, promotion, transfer) and contracts across all business functions

  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative onboarding of new starters, including collecting new starter paperwork, benefit enrolment, etc

  • Co-ordinates other administrative aspects of off-boarding of employees including sending of the leaver paperwork, terminating benefit coverage, etc

  • Responsible for generation of weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on joiners and leavers across AEM

  • Vendor liaison – responsible for tracking vendor contracts, managing contract/subscription renewals, invoice payments, maintaining trackers

  • Respond to requests and complete annual required employee information spreadsheets for insurance vendors including workers compensation, salary continuance, benefits providers etc

  • Provides routine reporting, data gathering exercises as needed

  • Complete government forms using standard WD reports

  • Provide routine Workday support as needed

  • Maintaining employee records electronically

  • Assistance with EAD/payroll as needed

  • Conducts exit interviews

  • Update and maintain the HR hub group (the point)

About You:

As a HR Administrator ANZ, you should ideally possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience as HR Admin.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Experience with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint) is required

  • Previous experience with Workday is a plus

  • Capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone and through written correspondences

  • Has the desire and experience to provide excellent customer experience to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.

  • Invoice process

  • Experience making reports and drafting contracts

  • Experience conducting exit interviews
