HR Data Analytics:

  • Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS)
  • Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns
  • Present results of employee performance evaluations
  • Analyze competitor’s practices and make recommendations to management.
  • Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Recognize and suggest short-term and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Contribute to system decision-making, scoping, and arranging HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy.
  • Working knowledge on PowerBI, Tableau, R and similar reporting Tools.
  • Extensive knowledge on MS Office.

HR Operations Support:

  • Workday process management
  • Provides operational support and advice to the wider HR community and employees in the delivery of the HR cycle.
  • Imparts knowledge (policy, process, and application) in all HR disciplines to first line managers.
  • Works independently and or closely with HR specialists to help resolve queries which arise directly from the business.
  • Develops analysis reports independently or working with HR systems team or third-party provider.
  • Contributes to a project as a team member and may take ownership of certain elements of the project, providing support and input to actions and overall objectives.

Education & Experience

  • 5+Years of strong knowledge in HR Data Analytics & HR Operations processes. 
  • Post Graduation with 5+years of relevant experience OR graduation with 7+ Years of experience.
