Are you keen to be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and coordinate recruiting activities for the APAC Talent Acquisition Team.Â
You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Candidates regionally, delivering exceptional hiring candidate experience in Thomson Reuters. Willingness to learn and quick to adapt is key to success in this role.
About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:

Assist with job postings in various careers site, job boards and media

Assist with sourcing and screening to assess candidates for open positions

Manage complex interview scheduling across various departments and functions
-
Contribute to hiring process awareness and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process

Partner with hiring teams to ensure sharing of best practices and providing positive candidate experience

Manage end to end background checks of incoming hires, recruitment-related vendor addition/deletion and invoices related to recruitment

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Generate and prepare recruitment-related reports related to talent acquisition

Provide any other administrative support to the TA Team
About You:
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you should ideally possess the following:

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines simultaneously
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-
Experience with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint) is required
-
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Previous experience with Workday is a plus
-
Capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone and through written correspondences

Has the desire and experience to provide excellent customer experience to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process
