We are looking for a Senior HCM Solution Consultant in Workday Learning and/ or Absence. As part of our team, you’ll help customers unlock their potential through modern, scalable Workday solutions. We’re seeking someone with extensive Workday implementation experience in learning and/ or absence and capability to lead and mentor others. Someone who thrives in a growth-oriented, collaborative environment and is no stranger to consultancy work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your area of responsibility within Workday implementations and services
- Be involved in the full implementation lifecycle – from gathering requirements and designing solutions to testing, deployment, training, and documentation
- Advise clients and team members on best practices and solution approaches
- Translate client needs into effective business solutions
- Collaborate with sales to develop and present proposals
- Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements for clients
- Support pre-sales and bid creation
- Mentor and coach other consultants in your area of expertise
Requirements:

Fluent English language skills oral and written (working with foreign customers and colleagues)

Strong background in workday learning or absence implementations

Workday certifications and a desire to grow your skillset

Customer focused and sales-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Service-minded, self-driven and proactive with strong problem- solving skills

Experience across multiple Workday modules, especially compensation or benefits, will be considered as an advantage

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
