TopBloc is a Workday boutique partner firm that provides fixed-time, fixed-price Workday deployment services and on-demand Workday support. Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Senior Workday Compensation Post Production Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

 

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday HCM and Compensation Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 2-3+ Years HCM/Compensation and Advanced Compensation experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)

  • Experience implementing or supporting HCM configurations for customers of all sizes

  • Experience with Workday Reporting (including advanced, matrix, trending) and calculated fields

  • Ability to manage multiple requests and competing priorities to meet customer deliverables

  • Additional Workday certifications preferred

 

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Work directly with clients, supporting Workday issues, enhancements, and optimizations

  • Consult with clients by offering Workday solutions and business problem resolutions

  • Use your functional knowledge in providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

  • Offer insight on how to optimize Workday for our clients’ business

  • Provide support and guidance for entry level consultants on responsibilities
