TopBloc is committed to providing employees with an environment that will foster morale and growth. We are looking for a Senior Workday HCM Consultant who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm but has the ambition to be a driver for success.

 

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday HCM Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 2+ Years HCM experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)

  • Experience implementing HCM configurations for customers of all sizes

  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday HCM solutions according to customer requirements

 

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Lead HCM engagements, providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

  • Join our fast-growing Workday HCM team in providing clients with Workday designs, configuration, testing, implementations as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

  • Manage resources and lead Workday HCM workstreams in fast-paced implementation

  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project

  • Build professional relationships and outstanding customer support for your clients in a timely manner

  • Take on various responsibilities within different Workday client projects and collaborate with teammates on Payroll, HCM, and Development team

  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants to help foster their growth and development

  • Actively participate in training updates and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows

  • Travel 25%-45% at client request
