Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday Learning Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 2-3+ Years Workday Learning implementation experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)

  • Experience implementing Workday Learning configurations for customers of all sizes

  • Ability to autonomously lead recruiting workstream through all project phases (discovery-production)

  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Recruiting solutions according to customer requirements


Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Join our fast-growing Workday HCM team in providing clients with Workday Learning designs, configuration, testing, implementations as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

  • Manage resources and lead Workday Learning workstreams in fast-paced implementations

  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project

  • Act as a mentor to other consultants, including providing support for shadow assignments

  • Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows

  • Travel 25%-45% at client request
