Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Senior Workday Time Tracking and Absence Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday Absence and Time Tracking Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 2-3+ Years Workday Absence/TT implementation experience with a Workday partner

  • General knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs

  • Experience implementing Workday Absence and Time Tracking configurations for customers of all sizes

  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking solutions according to customer requirements

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Lead Absence and Time Tracking engagements, providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

  • Build professional relationships and outstanding customer support for your clients in a timely manner

  • Take on various responsibilities within different Workday client projects and collaborate with teammates on Payroll, HCM, and Development team

  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants to help foster their growth and development

  • Actively participate in training updates and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows

  • Travel 25%-45% at client request
