Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support the customer’s individual Workday solution.

We are looking for a Senior Workday Time Tracking and Absence Post Production Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 2-3+ Years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation or support experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)

  • Global Time Tracking and Absence experience (Preferred)

  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions according to customer requirements

  • Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs

  • Experience supporting or implementing Workday time tracking and absence configurations for customers of all sizes

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Work directly with clients, supporting Workday issues, enhancements, and optimizations

  • Consult with clients by offering Workday solutions and business problem resolutions

  • Offer insight to on how to optimize Workday for our clients’ business

  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants to help foster their growth and development

  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows
