We are looking for a Workday Benefits Principal Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday Benefits Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 3-4+ Years Workday Benefits implementation experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)

  • 2+ years’ experience leading workstreams or small team

  • Extensive knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion and the Affordable Care Act

  • Experience implementing Workday benefits configurations for customers of all sizes

  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Benefits solutions according to customer requirements

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do): 

  • Lead Benefit support team in providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

  • Become internal Benefits leader through the development of training and sales material related to all Benefits areas including open enrollment

  • Assist integrations team in Benefits integrations configuration and testing alongside client and Benefits vendors

  • Actively participate in training updates and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows

  • Travel 25%-45% at client request
