We are looking for a Workday Change Management Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

 Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • 2-3 years experience supporting the development of change management-related deliverables for clients across various industries

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies

  • Experience with training development and training delivery (live/virtual) 

  • A solid understanding of how people react to organizational change

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

  • Understanding of HCM and/or Financial concepts and processes

  • BS degree and/or Master degree in fields such as human resources, financials, organizational design, organizational development, or change management are a plus

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs

  • Excellent organization, time management, business development and communication skills

  • Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred

  • Prosci Certification a plus

  • Experience with Human Resource or Financial system implementations, Workday Launch methodology a plus 

  • Previous experience working with e-learning tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or Camtasia a plus 


Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Implement change management deliverables/activities for clients such as: readiness assessment, stakeholder’s assessment, change impact assessment, champion network, communications plan, training plan, education materials, and user adoption metrics

  • Understand process impacts driven by the change to Workday

  • Design and deliver training and knowledge transfer to client end users

  • Coordinates activities of assigned projects. Develops and creates detailed work plans, timelines and provides timely status reports

  • Collaborate with functional team members to identify change and process impacts. Understand client configuration and updates for better delivery of change deliverables

  • Provide input for project communications and work with lead and/or client to develop and review content

  • Identify future change management opportunities

  • Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with supervision

  • Be an internal advocate for Change Management and help further refine the methodology within the organization

  • Work closely with TopBloc Change Management Manager to improve current change methodology and activities, and incorporate client and internal feedback 

  • Interact with colleagues, managers and clients face-to-face

  • Adapt to job requirement changes as the department grows

  • Travel 25%-50% at client request
