We are looking for a Workday Compensation Principal Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.


Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday Core and Advanced Compensation Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 3+ years experience implementing Workday Compensation configurations for customers of all sizes (REQUIRED)

  • Ability to autonomously lead compensation workstream through all project phases (discovery-production)

  • Experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Compensation solutions according to customer requirements

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs


Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Join our fast-growing Workday HCM team in providing clients with Workday designs, configuration, testing, implementations as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

  • Become an internal Workday Compensation leader through the development of training and sales material related to all relevant Workday Compensation

  • Manage resources and lead Workday Compensation workstreams in fast-paced implementation

  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project

  • Act as a mentor to other consultants, including providing support for shadow assignments

  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows

  • Travel 25%-45% at client request
