We are looking for a Workday HCM Managing Consultant who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday HCM Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 4+ years experience implementing Workday HCM configurations for customers of all sizes (REQUIRED)

  • Ability to autonomously lead the Workday workstream through all project phases (discovery-production)

  • Extensive knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday HCM solutions according to customer requirements

  • Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration ​

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations ​

  • Ability to travel 25-45%


Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams

  • Responsible for managing all stages of the project for the client, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment

  • Coordinate the work of others, manage project FTE, scope, budget while focusing on quality and timeline

  • Manage resources and lead Workday HCM workstreams in fast-paced implementation

  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project

  • Leads substantive internal initiatives across domain or practice, and owns/maintains substantive portions of internal content and/or methodology

  • Understands agendas and others’ perspectives, recognizing and effectively balancing the interests and needs of one’s own group with those of the broader organization

  • Develop processes and methodology within HCM

  • Manages team to forecast, makes staffing/resourcing decisions based on forecast, current project load and resource experience level

  • Oversees overall team delivery, ensuring on time and quality delivery

  • Ensures team follows documented processes

  • Actively participate in training updates and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization

  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows
