We are looking for a Workday Payroll Consultant II who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Workday Payroll Certification (REQUIRED)

  • 1-2+ Years’ Workday Payroll implementation experience with a Workday partner firm (REQUIRED)

  • General knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules

  • Experience implementing Workday Payroll configurations for customers of all sizes

  • Knowledge in requirements gathering, designing, prototyping and testing of Workday Payroll solutions according to customer requirements

  • Previous experience leading Workday payroll implementation projects

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent change

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Become internal Payroll expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation

  • Lead and assist projects with high level understanding of Workday methodology and configuration knowledge

  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping your client and project team informed of changes or progress related to the project.

  • Use your functional knowledge in providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

  • Assist integrations team in Payroll integrations configuration and testing alongside client and Payroll vendors

  • Able to adapt to job requirement changes as the company grows

  • Travel 30%-50% at client request
