Position Overview:
The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the finance domain. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and customizing the Oracle EPM application, collaborating closely with finance stakeholders to provide complex functional and technical services. Your expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, ERP Accounting Systems, and financial budgeting will be essential in supporting the Corporate FP&A team and driving successful business outcomes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential Responsibilities:

Maintain and customize the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application.

Offer complex functional and technical services to finance stakeholders, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships.

Manage various components of the Oracle EPM application, such as business rules, web forms, calc scripts, security, navigation flows, reports, etc. Additionally, perform related tasks, including testing and data reconciliation as necessary.

Collaborate closely with the Corporate FP&A team on financial reporting, budgeting, planning, allocations, and consolidations, providing expertise and valuable input regarding EPM processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; preferred concentration in Finance, and/or Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology

5+ years of relevant work experience

3+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically in PBCS and EPBCS
-
2+ years of experience with ERP Accounting Systems, including Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP

Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning and SmartView

Proficiency in FDMEE, DRM, and OAC

Hands-on experience on designing and building complex models, business rules, and reports for Financial Planning and Workforce Planning modules

Technical expertise in Oracle EPM business rule / calculation development, data integration, reconciliation, EPM automate, EPM integration agent, data management, user security configuration and management, and report development

Demonstrated abilities and a proven track record of success in addressing business needs, building strong stakeholder relationships, and communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner

Experience with financial budgeting and forecasting processes, including allocations and driver-based calculations

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Keen attention to detail

Knowledge or experience with Workday Adaptive Planning will be an added advantage
