What You Will Do
The PX Technology and Analytics Leader is responsible for driving the vision, execution, and support of the People Experience (PX) Technology and People Analytics teams. The PX Technology team manages Workday HCM, Workday Recruit, Eightfold, Vendor Management System (Magnit), Zendesk, and other platforms, ensuring they meet the organization's evolving needs, security, and integration requirements. The People Analytics team provides data-driven insights through dashboards and reports that inform strategic decision-making.
Technology Leadership & Management

PX Technology Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for PX technology platforms, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee experience priorities. Oversee the planning and optimization of systems like Workday HCM, Recruiting, Eightfold, Magnit, Zendesk, and Happeo to deliver seamless user experiences.

System Administration, Security Controls, Audits, & Integrations: Ensure effective administration, configuration, and integration of PX systems, collaborating with IT to enable smooth data flow and platform interoperability. Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Project Management & Delivery: Lead and manage cross-functional PX technology projects, overseeing resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Collaborate with the Product Portfolio Office (PPO) to align projects with broader People Experience goals.
Analytics Leadership & Data-Driven Insights

People Analytics & Dashboard Management: Guide the People Analytics team to provide real-time insights through DOMO dashboards and quarterly business reviews (QBR), supporting data-driven decisions.

Data Integrity & Governance: Establish and uphold data integrity standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and security across PX data sources. Develop governance policies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting: Partner with PX leaders and other stakeholders to identify data needs, create custom dashboards, and fulfill ad hoc analytics requests. Provide leadership in analytics, delivering clear reports and presentations to support PX strategy.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday HCM and Workday Recruit.

HR technology and analytics, experience leading cross-functional projects, and the ability to guide a team in delivering impactful, data-driven solutions that enhance the PX function.

10+ years of experience in HR technology with a track record of managing PX/HR systems and data solutions in a complex, global organization.

5+ years of experience leading Workday HCM & Workday Recruit teams

Workday CertificationsÂ

3+ years of experience in Workday Analytics or HR Analytics Experience

Advanced experience with data analytics tools and platforms, ideally DOMO, with a strong ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and deliver insights that drive business value.

Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Demonstrated success leading teams and fostering cross-functional partnerships, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
