Description:
Position Purpose
Based out of Saint Francis Hospital this position assists in providing daily direction to Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure appropriate workload distribution and resource allocation. Â Supervises recruiters and onboarding specialists.
What you will do

Administer day–to–day talent acquisition functions

Assists Leadership in establishing protocols to support a best in class hiring process, and provide a diverse, highly qualified applicant flow
-
Assists in developing marketing tools and communication materials aligned with organizational branding to market employment opportunities

Contributes to retention strategies and workforce development

Develops, implements, and evaluates the compliance of core processes, procedures, and protocols focused on providing optimal customer service

Performs all functions of a Senior Partner Talent Acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field with five (3) years of related talent acquisition experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge of talent acquisition, human resources, employment laws and regulations

Experience with setting direction, providing instruction, training and development and problem solving for other colleagues

Experience recruiting and sourcing in a 3rd party agency environment within the healthcare sector is preferred
-
Experience with Workday and Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred
