Position Summary:

Serve as a trusted business partner demonstrating a sense of urgency with Triumph’s staffing initiatives and human capital forecast. Manage the full life cycle recruiting process providing a first class end to end candidate experience.  This position will focus specifically on recruiting for the transportation and invoice factoring sectors of our business.   

Position Description:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Partner with HR managers and hiring managers to understand the needs, requirements, and expectations of a job requisition

  • Assertively initiating contact with passive candidates to create candidate pipelines

  • Screen potential candidates via phone screens and/or in-person interviews

  • Effectively assess applicants and their abilities to perform in a role

  • Creatively source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets

  • Coordinating candidate interview itineraries, initiating new hire process, assessments, conducting background checks, and e-reference check

  • Serves as expert liaison and advocate for Workday, the applicant tracking system, by utilizing all functionality, creating and/or maintaining business processes, testing the efficiencies, training on the capabilities and reporting issues or concerns to management

  • Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners

  • Build networks and talent pools in new and existing markets for desirable skill sets through sourcing and relationship building

  • Partnering with other members of Human Resources to ensure a successful onboarding experience for new hires

  • Ensuring compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance

  • Communicating frequently with HR business partners and hiring managers regarding status/start date of new team members or transfers. Anticipating hiring manager needs and offering proactive service

  • Manages internal posting and transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer process, etc.

  • Keep thorough records on communication with both applicants and Hiring Managers

Qualifications:

  • Invoice Factoring and Transportation experience preferred

  • College Degree preferred

  • Workday experience preferred

  • 3-4 years of recruitment or management hiring experience preferred

  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or 3+ years of experience as a sourcing specialist

  • Professional in appearance

  • Must be articulate and well organized and have the ability to multi-task

  • Must have a strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Prior experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams

  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit
