Position Overview
Technical Support Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems and operations. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a PC computing, networking and general IT support environment.

Area of Focus
Technical Support Analyst specialist interacts with employees within the company, offering user support and general troubleshooting.

• Install, maintain and support user hardware and software
• Performs IT help desk duties
• Maintain Documentation and Ticketing system
• Requisition necessary equipment, parts and supplies
• Assist and or train employees in use of approved software, when required
• Be a resource for development of users’ computer-aided management and optimization
• Participation where appropriate on project teams
• On-call availability for system outages affecting the plant
• Manage/Maintain physical network connections, terminate network lines, test as needed
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Excellent organizational skills

Basic Qualifications
• Associate degree/technical school
• At least 4 years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing hardware and software support
• Technical knowledge around PC’s and their peripherals, phone systems and networking equipment
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft products including Office Suite, Windows
• Strong problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree/technical school
• A+ Certification
• Microsoft certification
• Project Management experience
• Workday experience is a plus

Salary Range: $28-$31/hour
