Summary:
The Senior HR Workday Analyst – Security will partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE), HR Directors, HR Shared Services, and others to advance creative solutions within Workday. The Workday Security Analyst is responsible for ongoing support and maintenance of Workday and will work through complex problems, issues and processes to ensure global compliance. Â
Essential duties:

Demonstrates expertise and ownership for the configuration, enhancement, maintenance and testing of the Workday system.Â

Supports Workday Security needs, release management and ensures adherence to controls.

Collaborates with business partners to translate goals and objectives into change requests with clear requirements.Â

Assists with defining, implementing, and maintaining Workday configurations.Â

Leads and/or participates in the research, design, development, testing, delivery and training of new enhancement, features or tools.

Identifies areas to simplify, standardize, and improve the Workday setup.

Follows Workday best practices, standards, and guidelines.
Education:
-
High School Diploma
Skills & Experience
-
3+ years of configuration experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday security
-
Configuration experience in Reporting, Prism or other modules is preferred

Strong problem solving capabilities

Strategic thinker, results oriented and self-directed
