Summary:
Tier 2 Learning Manager will be responsible for the execution of the corporate onboarding program at Tyson World Headquarters and assisting with learning initiatives. Support includes coordination of the 90-day onboarding schedule with multiple touch-points so managers can focus on department and role onboarding. This position will initiate new hire checklists for manager and new team members for easy navigation. Works on the learning pathway for onboarding team members in Workday Learning. Includes scheduling virtual tours, plant tours and coordinating information exchange with other corporate departments. This position will be I9 certified and knowledgeable in Workday systems. This position will interact regularly with HR, other corporate departments and plant operations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a 90-day schedule with multiple HR touch points so managers can focus on department and role onboarding for all new hires at Tyson corporate location. Schedule includes: Prior to Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, Day 75 and Day 90 checkpoints
- Manage new onboarding checklists for managers and new team members for easy navigation
- Manage onboarding portal in Workday to include helpful links and resources
- Coordinate the learning pathway for onboarding team members in Workday Learning
- Manage Video tours and World Headquarters campus tours for new hires.

- Provide assistance to learning department.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
- Experience: 2 years relevant work experience
- Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
- Special Skills: Extensive Operations and Manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work with all levels of Team Members and develop positive and strong business partner relationships. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task.
