Job Details:
The Workday Security Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of security measures that protect company data within the Workday system. This role ensures compliance with data protection regulations and collaborates with various departments to manage security configurations and access controls.Â
Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and advise on security within Workday application. This includes domain security policies, roles, and role assignments. ​
- Understands and implements Workday Security changes across various Workday modules which may include Recruiting, Talent, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, Core, Benefits and Absence.Â
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to understand security requirements and implement necessary changes.
- Regularly monitor and audit security configurations and access controls to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations, policies, and procedures.Â
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
- Skills and Experience: 2+ years working on Workday Security, with at least one implementation experience.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Strategic thinker, results oriented and self-directed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.Â
- Workday Certification in security or related modules preferred but not required.
- Experience with other HRIS systems preferred but not required.
