What success looks like in this role:
- Provide delivery support for Workday Human Capital Management applications to our internal stakeholders
- Work directly with key stakeholders across regions to implement, support and integrate Workday HCM technology solutions into their business environments
- Works as a Workday knowledge consultant in helping to identify solutions for our HR Stakeholders. Uses his/her established Workday knowledge to identify and propose solutions.
- Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for areas of responsibility and to support stakeholder requirements
- Evaluates various requirements and has a defined channel of prioritization
- Acts as the point of contact for Workday related enhancements/digitization between HRSS/HR and Workday Operations team
- Consistent and ongoing interaction with Global HR stakeholders
- Needs to demonstrate strong project management skills to effectively drive and manage Workday projects, establish governance and reporting, providing thought leadership and ability to look for out of the box solutions
- Works closely with the Workday Operations team towards completion of requirements (configuration is not a requirement for this role but understanding and working with the Workday operations team to successfully implement identified solutions is a key requirement).
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Advanced Knowledge of Workday implementations and HR domain – a minimum of 12 years overall experience, out of which 3+ years of minimum experience in Workday integration initiatives & Enhancements.
- Workday certification in core HCM functional area will be an added advantage for the role
- Experienced in leading/consulting project implementations in Workday
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Ability to work with a global stakeholder audience
- Ability to understand problem areas and provide industry standard solutions
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with leadership and business partners
