- Process Daily New Hire Provisioning Requests from Workday Report
- Process Daily ASN's from Dell Report
- Process New Items in CIT Asset Management Global Functional Mailbox
- Process ServiceNow CIT Asset Management Requests
- Process Social Media Inquiries
- Update ServiceNow Asset Data
- Update CIT Asset Management Risks and Issues Log
- Update Inventory Table (As items are processed)
- CIT Asset Management Weekly Tasks
- Review CIT Asset Management PC and PC Accessory Inventories and update DWO Procurement
- Weekly CIT Asset Management Service Delivery Reporting and Meeting
- Update Inventory Table by EOD for Dashboard Update
- CIT Asset Management Monthly Tasks
- CIT Asset Management Quarterly Tasks
- Process Quarterly PC Refresh
- Communicate CIT Asset Management Inbound Shipments to all CIT Asset Management Inventory Coordinators
- CIT Asset Management Asset Shipment Receipt and Inventory Validation
- CIT Asset Management Asset Shipment handling, setup, tax documentation submition
- CIT Asset Management Provisioning Tasks
- Process Provisioning Requests (New Hire, Replacement and Refresh)
- Update CIT Asset Management CMDB
- Maintain all Provisioning Information in CIT Asset Management Procurement Master
- User Communications
- CIT Asset Management Asset Management Tasks
- Inventory Management
- Metrics – PC Repairs, PC Accessory Requests, Provisioning Configuration Issues
- Process and ensure employee termination asset returns
- CIT Asset Management CMDB Auditing – SCCM Auditing of Asset Assignment / Location / CUIC Validation
- PC Refresh
- Process Quarterly PC Refresh
- Process PC Refresh Returns / Asset Retirement
You will be successful in this role if you have:
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and Two or plus year experience • Develops competence by performing structured work assignments • Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems • Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
