Job Description
This posting is for a full-time, 12-month, exempt position. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment & Marketing, the Director of Admissions Operations will oversee the Admissions Records Department in support of the University of Findlay’s undergraduate, graduate, and online admissions functions. This position is responsible for ensuring a comprehensive and efficient workflow across enrollment operations, with a commitment to superior internal and external communication, process optimization, and data integrity.
Slate CRM experience is required for this role.
Essential Functions
This position requires regular, predictable, and reliable attendance in the office environment.
1. Manage enrollment data and operations, serving as the secondary liaison to the University’s information technology office, financial aid, student records, and student billing teams.
2. Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of the Slate CRM to support application processing, communication flows, and reporting.
3. Oversee prospective student file processing to ensure timely and accurate admissions decisions and data integrity.
4. Directly supervise the processing staff and assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of Slate CRM, Workday, and other admissions-related technologies.
5. Develop and refine admissions processes and systems, including database testing, new technology initiatives, and data loads to enhance efficiency.
6. Fulfill data requests from campus departments and vendors, run weekly enrollment reports, and provide training to end users on Slate CRM and other admissions technologies.
7. Establish and maintain quality control protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency in admissions operations, including documenting standard processes and workflows.
8. Collaborate with internal and external teams to communicate system needs, design testing protocols, and report technical issues as they arise.
9. Assist the Vice President for Enrollment & Marketing in evaluating and developing new initiatives to improve the University’s communication plans and enrollment strategies.
10. Perform all other duties deemed appropriate for this position.

This role is critical to the University’s enrollment success, ensuring that admissions operations remain efficient, data-driven, and student-focused.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time 12-month position, and general hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel
Some evening and weekend work are required, and some overnight travel are expectations of this position. A valid US Drivers’ license with a safe driving record is required.
Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelors’ degree.
2. 3-5 years of related industry experience.
3. Progressive experience and demonstrated ability in database management, research, and analysis in admissions or other higher education function.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience with the execution and management of student records and CRM information systems.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Strong data entry and student data privacy and security standards.
7. Proven success in managing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects.
8. Goal-oriented with strong initiative, imagination and organizational qualities.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Master’s Degree.
