Job Description

The Clinical Recruiting Intern will support the recruitment team by maintaining and organizing data related to 2026 new graduate clinicians, assisting with event planning, and performing basic Salesforce data tasks. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare recruiting, data management, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input new graduate data into the internal database, categorized by residency.

• Collect and organize new graduate contact details, including home state, state of interest, and other relevant information.

• Support the Residency Relations team with database updates and information management.

• Assist in the coordination and planning of ROAR recruitment events.

• Enter and update data in Salesforce as directed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.

• Interest in healthcare recruitment and event planning.

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
