Job Description

As a System Administrator – Workday Finance at US Acute Care Solutions (USACS), you will work as part of a team to support the implementation and on-going support of Workday Finance modules. You will work co-operatively with other USACS team members and external consultants to properly administer Workday Financials and ensure interoperability with other Workday modules including HCM and Payroll.

This position will report into the IT department under Enterprise Systems and will support the Finance and Accounting departments.

TO BE CONSIDERED: Must have experience with Workday Financial functional configuration (BP configuration, security framework, condition rules, calculated fields and reporting).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Build and maintain configuration and features of the Workday Financials application with a focus on Core Financials, AP/Procurement, AR, Cash Management and Revenue Management
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, configure, prototype and test Workday solutions for varying business requirements
• Build or maintain functional configuration including custom validations, condition rules, calculated fields, reports, and dashboards
• Be part of a team that will respond to and resolve Workday Financials issues and look to utilize the latest available features released by Workday
• Collaborate with team members and business leads on development of processes to support the technology
• Provide support and training to end users surrounding Workday Financials with an emphasis on accuracy and standard processes
• Work independently or in teams to troubleshoot issues with Workday Financials to identify the RCCA
• Collaborate with team members on integrations required for Finance and Accounting
• Work closely with other USACS Workday Administrators and Business Analysts to ensure cross-functional needs are met across HCM, Payroll and Finance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Solution architect experience working to determine long-term solutions built for scale and efficiency
• Knowledge of building basic and advanced custom reports as required for the functional areas supported
• Ability to balance multiple efforts related to the Workday Finance solution
• Excellent customer focus and the ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
• Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with colleagues with credibility including in a remote working situation, and attention to detail
• Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
• Active member in Workday community and/or relevant Workday user groups
• Able to travel occasionally to collaborate with colleagues in person

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Workday certification in Finance or applicable customer training in Workday Finance or other relative application
• B.S. Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related area or equivalent
• 8+ years hands on experience with Workday Finance functional configuration (business process configuration, security framework, condition rules, calculated fields, reporting) or equivalent experience
• Preferred prior experience with implementing Workday Financials
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-growing organization
• Experience in Scrum or other Agile methodologies

Salary Range:

$78,566.00 – $145,347.00
