Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
•   Responsible for preparing and implementing recruitment strategy in lineÂ
   with the business goals
•   Ensure that Organization is positioned to attract, source and recruit theÂ
   best talent, both internally and externally
•   Play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment     Â
   strategies.Â
•   Driving end-to-end recruitment process
•   Demonstrate understanding of the line of business and staffing needs toÂ
   proactively offer solutions, consult with managers on hiring process
•   Driving recruitment Local / Global projects
•   Build and develop knowledge base of Companies, Competencies & skillsÂ
   mapping
•   Proactively connecting with candidates and creating a pipeline ensuring theÂ
   business requirements are met in future
•   Recruitment SPOC for Business Managers
•   Hands-on in sourcing and screening candidates using different sourcingÂ
   strategies – Job-boards, social media & digital media, Young Graduates,Â
   Internship Program
•   Recruitment dashboard and reporting to stakeholders for progress withÂ
   accuracy
•   Keep yourself updated about the know-how prevalent skills in the industryÂ
   across all technologies
•   Plan recuring Recruitment review meetings with Business Managers forÂ
   updates & Status
•   Validate Offer rollouts for prospective candidates in line with the budgetÂ
   while maintaining internal equity
•   Custodian of quality check for the offer rollouts and employee dataÂ
   associated alongwith the Forecast of future joinees
•   Management of vacancies in Workday system and timely updations forÂ
   business reviews, ensuring data accuracy
•   Display Integrity & ownership, take responsibility of the tasks assigned
•   Good team player
•   Possess good interpersonal skills
•   Good stakeholder management skills
•   Should have a go getter and positive attitude
•   Experience of 10-15 years in core Recruitments in Engineering/ Software/Â
   Sales / Support roles
•   Should have Team Leading experience with capabilities
•   Education Qualification: Master’s Degree in Human Resources
