The HRIS Senior Analyst will be accountable for administering and configuring the Workday application for all Workday modules, including but not limited to: HCM, PATT, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Reporting, and Integrations. This role will provide direct technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal HR customers on Workday and other HRIS-supported applications. This role will gather requirements, design, configure, test, deploy and support the team’s solution. This role is accountable for support the HRIS portfolio of projects and improvements, always finding the best balance between efficiency and effectiveness in the HR process, to deliver the best people experience.
Day-to-Day, this role helps to resolve data discrepancies, enhance functionality for new business requirements as well as support the updates for Workday Releases.
Provide Workday support for the global team, reporting directly to the Sr Manager, HRIS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Support HR operations by standardizing global processes and utilizing platforms such as Workday, Workday Help, etc.
- Coordinate various projects that involve global HR processes and have a positive impact on the employee experience.
- Establish communication channels with key stakeholders for the development of HR initiatives both for HR and the company.
- Implement innovation-focused strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the HR processes.
- Act as a lead for cross-functional projects through ongoing requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configuration for new functionality or enhancements.
- Demonstrate specialized expertise through creative solution design in order to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues.
- Complete system configuration requirements and documentation for requested enhancements and system changes including approved changes to business processes, organization changes, workflows, and security models.
- Effectively collaborate with other teams to resolve issues, including impact assessments on program issues, data discrepancies, and system design while proactively seeking feedback from appropriate parties on suggested solutions.
- Prepare test plans, execute test scripts, and support user acceptance testing and training.
- Provide functional and technical user application support, consulting more advanced technical resources as needed.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and errors, quickly resolving them along with root causes by leveraging best practices and developing long term solutions.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's, Master's, or University degree in Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or related roles, with a focus on global HR processes, systems, and tools.
- 3+ years of experience in Workday configuration and support, preferred. 1+ years of experience in Workday configuration required.
- Workday Pro certification, preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data to identify insights and trends, and develop recommendations for process improvements.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in change management, including designing and implementing change initiatives, managing stakeholder communications, and measuring change impacts.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Experience in process optimization and automation, including identifying opportunities, developing business cases, and managing implementation projects.
