Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Global HRIS Reporting – Analyst to join our growing and successful Group HR Team. The role will be a key member of the HRIS Centre of Excellence and will closely work with our Country HR teams as well our IT Leaders at Group and Country level.

Key Responsibilities

The Global HRIS Reporting – Analyst will be core member of the HRIS Centre of Excellence team, who are responsible for the systems which facilitate and automate critical HR processes.

The successful candidate will participate in ongoing development and improvement in a number of HRIS systems and Workday modules, and will also:

  • Participate within the team implementing continuous improvement in HR Global Reporting – via either Workday Reporting or our Data Warehouse solution (based on Azure)

  • Support Countries with Service Requests,  Incidents and Change Requests.  Provide hands-on support to stakeholders, other team members and functional teams working to tight deadlines

  • Develop Transactional Reports, Dashboards, Key Performance Indicators within Workday Reporting.

  • Partner with the country HR teams to drive system improvements, review and collate inputs, with the objective to improve user adoption of reporting solutions

  • Participate in workshops with relevant stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, challenge preconceptions, and take ownership of necessary action items

  • Coordinate between stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultural backgrounds, as projects can regularly include teams in Madrid (Spain), Malmo (Sweden), and Geneva (Switzerland)

  • Receive hands on experience in configuring Workday reports and Dashboards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experiences and Qualifications

Primary qualifiers

  • 1 – 2 years experience in a Reporting or Data analysis role

  • Advanced Excel level

  • Interest in HR or People analytics, Data orientated, studies or projects in Data Analysis

  • Strong knowledge of Power Point

  • Ability to frame problems breaking it into pieces

  • High developed analytical capabilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a challenging team, under tight deadlines

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and requirements, entrepreneurial

  • Advanced communication skills

  • Customer oriented

  • Innovation and continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or Certifications in Workday reporting or other modules

  • Business Administration, Business Administration + Law, Engineering

  • Interest in programming, data analysis,  robot process automation.  

Languages Required

  • Spanish: excellent

  • English: excellent
