Veritas Technologies is looking for Sr. Employment Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Recruiters. In this role, the idea candidate will provide administrative support to the human resources function in the areas of staffing, new hire on-boarding and training. Maintains employee files. Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database (Workday). Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, etc. Assist new hires with on-boarding documentation. Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information. May assist with projects related to staffing and/or HR. This opportunity reports to the Sr Manger of Talent Acquisition Operations.


Primary Responsibilities:

Ability to support 4-5 recruiters
Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews
Book travel arrangements candidates
Manage candidate expense reimbursement process
Generate offer letters
Process new hire documents like I9 forms etc.
Initiate background check
Assist Global Mobility with new hire/employee relocation
Reply to high volume of email, telephone, and face to face inquires
Assist University Relations Team scheduling interviews, offer letters, and background checks. The ability to form successful and strong relationships with our internal client teams is a must. Establish working relationships with recruitment team, hiring managers, HR and candidates. Assist with Staffing Ops/HR projects and initiatives as needed. Support aspects of the new hire process and onboarding. Day to day contact for other team members, train and lead team members as needed. Develop and implement staffing templates and processes. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
