Job Description – HRIS analyst (Workday Functional Role)

The HR technology team aims to provide world class People Technology solutions for our global employee base. We maintain and enhance our existing tools and deliver new functionality to improve efficiency and scalability – all while delighting our employees with a great user experience.

The Senior HRIS Analyst will be directly responsible for delivering and supporting Workday modules  like Absence, Talent & Leave managements and EIBs in addition to supporting Reporting /Dashboard requirements and new functionality deployment.

What You will Do:

· Drive projects implementing new Workday functionality, based on our Technology roadmap

· Manage and maintain existing system integrations and lead the development of new integrations within the HRIS architecture

· Develop and deploy Workday integration solutions aimed at optimizing business processes spanning multiple technologies across the enterprise.

· Drive Reporting & Dashboard development (including BIRT)

· Automation of manual processes including EIB Loads

· Provide day-to-day system support, including resolution of all system related issues • Conduct and coordinate testing when new update patches & new releases

· Drive data integrity by scheduling and conducting audits, testing on a consistent, timely and thorough manner

· Provide subject matter expertise and perspective to influence the HR Technology roadmap and prioritization of initiatives

Additional Job Description

Key Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Very Strong Workday functional experience in Core HCM, Recruitment, Advance Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence / Time Tracking Performance and Expense modules
  • 6+ years of overall experience
  • Minimum 1 end to end workday implementation experience
  • Well-versed in support. Should be able to handle support issues and enhancement projects.
  • Strong knowledge in Workday Core HCM. Understand the existing workday configuration and understand client process as per the business rules. Will interact with clients/users via email, phone call, instant messaging, etc.
  • Very Strong Workday integration experience with Workday EIB, Studio, Core Connector and Cloud Connector
  • Experience and fluency in Web Services standards and technologies ( XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and accelerators
  • Knowledge on Custom fields, custom reports, calculated fields
  • Should have worked on quarterly updates impact analysis, new feature enablement, and testing
  • Experience in designing roles, role provisioning, user access grant, etc.
  • Experience and ability to translate business requirements to system configuration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations
  • Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
  • Workday HCM/ Recruitment Certification is added advantage
