The Role: The Operations Support Clerk will provide administrative support to Customer Solutions Leadership. This allows supervisors to spend more time on the essential aspects for their jobs such as providing support and training and development to specialists. The type of tasks associated with this position include Workday Profile changes, IEX Workforce Management auxiliary code adjustments, and comparison of time clocks to activity feed.
What you will be working on:
Performing weekly time clock audits to check for accuracies in time clock and IEX activity
Performing weekly hang up audits to determine if specialists are intentionally disconnecting phone calls
Facilitating any requests that are sent to clerk inbox including Workday Profile/Pay adjustments, Workday Team Transfers, and IEX AUX Code Adjustments.
Weekly Wrap Up reporting to Associate Manager+
1:1 Assistant reporting to Manager+
Ad-Hoc misc. projects
Who you will work with: Customer Solutions Supervisors and Associate Managers.
