Recruiter – Insurance Sales

We are looking for a goal-oriented, ambitious full-cycle Recruiter to help support our rapidly growing team of Insurance Sales Agents! To be successful as a Recruiter on the Revenue team, you’ll need to be a proactive problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and a strong relationship builder. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform full-cycle, high-volume recruitment of Insurance professionals; Proactively sourcing through several different channels, utilizing employee referrals, job postings, managing the screening process and interview process all the way to through to offer. 

  • Build and maintain a consistent, robust pipeline of high-quality candidates. 

  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications and strengths through resume review and phone screens. 

  • Maintain candidate relationships and manager relationships throughout the recruiting process. 

  • Develop and maintain a community presence by networking with local Universities and organizations. 

  • Develop and sustain metrics as well as reports to keep HR and business leaders informed. 

  • Work closely with the Inside Sales leadership team to support all their recruiting needs. 

  • Ensure that managers follow best practices throughout the interview and hire process. 

  • Stay updated with current recruiting trends and be the subject matter expert for the business leaders. 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent  

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience in full-cycle, targeted recruiting. Staffing or Agency experience preferred.  

  • Candidates with experience in the Insurance Industry and a track record of success in sales may also be considered.   

  • Familiarity with the Insurance industry is a plus.  

  • Skilled at negotiating/ Closing top-tier talent.  

  • Strong sales ability—Understanding how to uncover what motivates candidates and tailor your recruiting strategy.   

  • Experience sourcing both the passive and active candidates using targeted sourcing practices.  

  • Practical knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, InMail, Insights and the standard suite of recruiting communication and sourcing tools.  

  • Proven success in creative sourcing strategies to identify top sales candidates.   

  • Excellent communication skills.  

  • Self-motivated, Adaptable, Excellent ability to multi-task & prioritize effectively.  

  • Experience and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience preferred).  

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills 

  • Experience with Excel, building and maintaining spreadsheets is a plus 

  • Ability to maintain confidential information
