This position is responsible for administering and supporting our global time and attendance applications, Kronos and Workday Time tracking in the organization.  The role serves as a technical point of contact for the deployment and maintenance of modules and will ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities.  The analyst will also support annual upgrades, new releases, testing and other technical projects as assigned.  The incumbent will partner with various business stakeholders and accountable for the overall design and functionality of the application.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the organization and internal team to define specific requirements and make recommendations to solve for the requests.

  • Ability to assess and design system functionality and actively participate in the entire project life cycle: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment and change management.

  • Accountable for Workday data integrity including data quality and data extracts.

  • Provide excellent customer service to our business users and employees.

  • Ability to work and a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands or needs of the business.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on time and attendance processes and the relation to payroll

  • Support end users and serve as primary contact for Kronos and Workday Time Tracking

  • Analyzes and provides technical support for technical issues related to the integrations designed in the application.  Provides thoughtful resolutions or measures to prevent reoccurrences.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field.

  • 2 years’ HR technology experience required with direct responsibility in the areas of HR technology assessment, implementation, maintenance, and reporting

  • 2 years’ functional business process experience with Time and Attendance and Payroll

  • 1 year of experience configuring or supporting HCM SaaS applications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Technical experience with HRIS Applications; Workday, Kronos, or similar systems

  • Excellent computer skills including databases, spreadsheets, reporting technologies

  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to read and understand system specifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues that may arise and create solutions

  • Ability to respond positively to feedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed

  • Familiarity with Time Clocks and maintenance

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

  • Employee is regularly required to lead, listen, talk, and participate in multiple conference calls throughout the workday

  • Frequently remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

  • Frequently communicating with others to exchange information.

  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers

Work Environment:

  • The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment or from a home office environment; any disagreeable environmental elements are generally absent during normal performance of job
