Job Summary:  

As a Sr Product Manager with a focus on Workday, you will contribute to the development and execution of innovative Workday product solutions, while fostering a customer-centric approach. Your blend of product management skills and Workday knowledge will be essential in creating delightful experiences for our associates through our native applications. You will collaborate with various teams to support product strategies, roadmaps, and deployment plans that align with our business goals and customers' needs. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Contribute to the development of product roadmaps for Workday products, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Assist in the custom development of our Workday instance to create intuitive people experiences within our native applications. 

  • Work with talent acquisition and talent management teams to ensure comprehensive integration and utilization of Workday. 

  • Support data-driven product decisions, monitor and evaluate results based on your understanding of Workday and its capabilities. 

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, helping to identify needs and deliver measurable value to the business. 

  • Leverage your domain expertise in Workday to identify areas of innovation and support initiatives across the talent domain.

What You Will Bring: 

  • Solid skills in product roadmap development, competitive analysis, emotional intelligence, and relationship building. 

  • Proficiency in Workday, product management, product strategy, acceptance testing, test and learn, value creation, and adaptability. 

  • Practical experience with Workday, including custom development for creating personalized user experiences. 

  • Familiarity with Workday talent acquisition and talent management. 

  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, research for analysis activities, and modern industry practices and emerging trends. 

  • Strong communication, presentations, diversity awareness, positivity, and competitive analysis skills.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
