Job Description

Job Title: PT Reporting Analyst Intern 

Location: Various

Department: Accounting

Job Summary:   The PT Reporting Analyst Intern will be primarily involved with the People Team  Reporting and Analytics group, but depending on needs and workload, may be involved in various activities associates with the other groups within People Team.

Principal Duties:

  • Review and create monthly reports.
  • Assist with various reporting processes.
  • Assist with various enhancements and cleanup associated with Workday reports to enhance the reporting infrastructure.
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of SOPs with regards to reporting.
  • Assist with fulfilling ad-hoc report requests and analysis.
  • Perform basic data cleansing and assist with analysis of various projects.
  • Assist with project to verify and correct associate tenure by assessing and comparing data across multiple systems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or Higher
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university for the Spring 2023 semester – Fall 2024 semester
  • Candidate must be available from May 22, 2023 – August 11, 2023
  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration or major in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Computer Science or Information Science preferred
  • Programming skills with knowledge of BI tools
  • Analysis sills with basic knowledge of statistical and analytical functions
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and functions, pivots, and VBA
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
