PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for the recruitment lifecycle of corporate, salaried roles. Performs all work in compliance with company policies and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- Independently manage the full-cycle recruiting process of salaried corporate roles to provide a high caliber recruitment experience for both the hiring manager and the candidate
- Partner with managers to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to include:
- Sourcing, and identifying candidates through proactive and passive recruiting strategies (i.e. web searches, job boards, diversity groups, social media networking, cold calling, database mining, professional organizations, job fairs, college and alumni communities, direct recruiting, hiring events and agencies as directed by manager)Â
- Conduct detailed pre-screen phone interviews on prospective candidate
- Present a diverse slate of candidates whose qualifications align with the job duties
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates by serving as the single point of contact and providing clear and timely communication via phone, email or face-to-face meetings to create a high caliber recruitment experience
- Coordinate the onsite interview process with the hiring manager or their designee
- Partner with hiring manager for the preparation of offer letters
- Guide and coach hiring managers through the interview/hiring process to ensure fair and consistent candidate selection methods
- Create job requisitions and accurately manage candidates through the recruiting workflow in Workday applicant tracking system
- Develop, revise and maintain reporting tools to manage active and filled requisitions
- Perform other related duties as required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is an individual contributor role. Competencies required: Functional/Technical Skill, Action Oriented, Problem Solving, Learning on the Fly and Interpersonal Savvy
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma; Bachelors’ degree preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Minimum five (5) years demonstrated applicable recruiting experience
- Minimum two (2) years Workday ATS preferred
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, ATS systems and search engines required
- Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and external candidates and agencies on hiring process, benefits and compensation
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as self-motivated to work independently
- Must possess a strong level of professionalism

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Moderate use of hands/fingers to operate computer, keyboard and mouse
- May sit for extended periods of time
