The Manager, Talent Acquisition Reporting & Analytics will lead all of Talent Acquisition’s reporting, analysis, programs, and insights into process improvement needs. You will partner with HRIS to build report requirements and dashboards. Compile recruiting metrics, and interpret data, areas of strength, and areas of opportunity. Share TA activity, trend analysis, and areas of opportunity with the business using various reports and insights from the TA team.  At the same time, leading the KPI strategy for Talent Acquisition and equip the team with consistent dashboard updates and analysis on recruiting performance metrics and stakeholder feedback. You will Identify areas where process improvement should be addressed and helps drive applicable projects. Effectively partner with Recruiting stakeholders by providing program management and ongoing communication on TA projects, performance, and process. Responsible for developing and implementing solutions to hiring impediments, including continuous improvement of enterprise processes and tools. Infuse Talent Acquisition with agile methodologies and design thinking to drive transformative capabilities for the future. Ensure Talent Acquisition tools meet the needs of recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers. Build models to understand implications and impacts when considering new processes to be implemented.

For such a critical role, you will have:
•    4+ years of broad-based Human Resources or Talent Acquisition exposure with at least   2 years in a data focused role  
•    2+ years of experience working in an analytics tool tied to ATS data. Workday experience is a plus.  
•    Advanced Excel experience and ability to pull and manipulate data  
•    Analytical mindset and ability to tell a story and value with data  
•    Demonstrated in-depth experience in process improvement and process optimization 
•    Intermediate experience with creating visuals and professional presentations with data, graphs, charts, and content using PowerPoint
•    Strong communications, partnership, and organizational skills  
•    Proven ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment  
•    History of solid project and program management skills & disciplines required  
•    Experience creating KPIs, dashboards, and meaningful reports

The on-target earnings range is $94,300. – $ 130,000. midpoint which includes a base salary of $82,000 – $ 113,000 short-term (15% of base) that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
