About the Team
Workday is looking for an Associate Manager, Deals Management to join the Global Sales Org in our fast-paced high-tech environment.
You will have the opportunity to team up and collaborate with the Global Deal Support and Deal Management leadership to build and maintain the high-class team of Associate Deal Managers working across all geographies. You will make an impact by delivering business results while mentoring the team with our Workday core values in mind. About the Role
To be successful in this role, you must work well in a collaborative environment while being an inventive and very independent self-starter. Team leadership experience is essential and your team's success will be your greatest success. You work reliably with minimal direction from your leader and can balance the conflicting priorities while not compromising on quality. Ideally you are strongly driven by continuous learning and process improvements, and find being involved in multiple initiatives simultaneously to be exciting.
an experienced people coordinator (ideally 2+ year) who can effectively influence peers and management
background with sales support/coordination/operations, deal management business administration/business operations
understanding of diverse needs across the team and how to creatively address them using the available support functions and tools
Tech-savvy, open minded, interested in and practitioner of Salesforce and Tableau or other smart data visualization tools.
Ability to quickly switch between details and the big picture, draw conclusions and set up concrete actions to address the needs as they arise
Eagerness to pick up the challenges and openness to novelties including change management knowledge/practice.
