Corporate Sales Development Representatives are responsible for generating net new qualified leads and opportunities across Nordic Region. As well as proactively build relationships with prospective prospects and with internal stakeholders. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required, to kick-start your career.

You can become a qualified sales development professional or, in the space of a couple of years start considering a move into other departments including but not limited to: Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Professional Services, and more…

You will be supported and surrounded by the best and brightest people in the industry to help you kickstart your sales career. You will have intensive training and a mentor assigned.

About You

This is the ideal start in your sales career, if you are motivated by a challenge, have good listening skills, can think on your feet and have a competitive drive

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in English & one of: Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish

  • Highly motivated, tenacious, self-starter

  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills

Other qualifications

  • Customer service experience and/or BDR experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly motivated, curious, tenacious, self-starter

  • Keen communication skills

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus

  • Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality

  • Ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business
