Our team is all about our customers – we build and deliver services to help them find greater value in their Workday investment. We ensure the successful implementation of Workday’s product solutions on some of our largest projects for Fortune 500 clients. We help frame the solution delivery, partnering with our consultants to implement and manage the delivery plan, and ultimately help our clients achieve rapid time to value.
About the Role
About the Role
The Engagement Manager will be a guide with the Workday Launch Express Deployment Methodology. They will lead deployments and resolve issues in effective ways. They will also support executive level expectations by providing internal suggestions to management, based on field experience, as to how to potentially improve the Launch Express Workday Deployment Methodology.
- 2+ years of project management experience with HCM, Payroll or Financial implementations within medium and small enterprise
- proven track record implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
- Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience of leading 3rd parties on a project
- Business development or previous service sales experience
- Experience building Test Scenarios, or Use Cases based on proposed configuration.
- Strong background in Workday deployment methodology and processes.
